Shotguns are a class of weapon in ZombsRoyale.io.
They all consume Shotgun ammo.
Shotguns are a class of weapon designed to hurt. Shotguns shoot, or more accurately, spray, a wave of bullets at enemies. Depending on the shotgun, it will shoot more or less ammo at a longer or shorter range.

Pros[ | ]
- Extreme damage when all pellets hit
- Dangerous at close range
- Generally strong damage
- Short reload time for one shell
Cons[ | ]
- Dramatic drop off damage when only very few pellets hit
- Can't reach far enough for long range
- Slow ROF
- Doesn't reload whole mag at once
- Difficult to use at times
